The British Broadcasting Corporation will handout one million Micro Bit computers to school children in UK. This initiative is to ignite interest in British children to take up coding from early age. Last year, coding was introduced in British school curriculum as an initiative to improve skills in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) subjects. Reports of this first emerged in sites Cnet, Techradar and valuewalk.
Micro Bit computed was developed by BBC in collaboration with the tech giants like Microsoft, Samsung, etc., and Rasperberry Pi. It's simple 'plug & play' mechanism help children to grasp the concept of technology and internet easily.
