All the cars will be robot cars in next 20 years, says Tesla chief

March 18, 2015: The chief of Tesla Motors Elon Musk believes that within 20 years, all cars on roads will be replaced by self driving cars. If that sounds like a distant possibility, he further hints that human drivers could be banned from operating vehicles.

                              

Elon said this in conversation with Nvidia CEO Jen Hsun Huang in GPU Technology conference in San Jose. This discussion is about the Nvidia's role in computing systems powering Tesla's Model E, about the possible regulation hurdles of self driving cars and much more.
