ISIS attacked Wordpress self hosted websites

According to reports of irish tech news, over past few days wordpress 3.9.1 or older self hosted version of websites has been hacked by hackers claiming to be ISIS. Many websites in US, Ireland & across the world got affected with these type of attack. Although, no orginal content from website was stolen. Just a banner of ISIS flag with words "Hacked by Islamic State (ISIS) We are Everywhere' kept on the background.

There is a techinical glitch in wordpress version 3.9.1 which was exploited by hackers to promote their agenda. Anyone with similar wordpress version, stay alert.
