April 23, 2015: Singapore based startup whose app offers social video diary to store memories for later viewing, grabbed $370,000 in funding. The investors include James Teo of Eastgate Technology, executive director of Tai Sin Electric, among others.
The funding will go towards strengthening the apps existing features and developing the new ones.
The app they named it Present will allow users to capture and log their life's beautiful moments in forms of videos. The app is currently on public beta testing on iOS, it will be officially released later this year, the company said.
Peter Draw, the startup's CEO and co-founder says in a statement: "It's essential to me to find a team that understands and shares my passion to fulfill Present app's vision to bring an effortless and seamless way to crystallise that are precious to us - moments that we want to conserve in their purest form."
He further adds, "All the R&D (research and development) we are currently doing will go towards optimising the app towards this end goal."
