iPhone SE and iPad Pro Launch: Check the timeline of Event

We were Live for Apple Event, check the timeline of events to catch up with announcements


11:01 AM PT : Tim Cook is back on stage, "This is probably the last production introduction in Town Hall you're sitting today." he says. Next year in 2017, we're looking forward to a new spaceship campus. And with that note, the keynote ends. Thanks for staying with us. 

11:00 AM PT : iPad mini starts at $269. Price drop for previous model Apple Air 2 by $100. 

10:58 AM PT : The new iPad Pro available from March 31. Prices are 32GB for $599. 128 GB is $749. 256GB for $899.

10:56 AM PT : It supports Hey Siri! feature, and it has options for great line of accessories now. Now, artists can draw with the Apple Pencil. It has new lightning adapters, SD card readers and USB camera adaptor. It supports 4K video.

10:52 AM PT : The new iPad Pro will have Pro display, Oxide TFT display driven by custom Apple timing controller, photo alignment tech for contrast ratio and sharp text. And, it works with night shift feature, and it's 40% more reflective than it's previous model.

10:50 AM PT : Most of the people coming to iPad Pro from Windows, Phil says. "There are over 600M PCs in use today that are over 5 years old. That is really sad." LOL!

10:49 AM PT : Here's how it looks, a 9.7 inch new iPad Pro. "We started iPad with a 9.7 inch display for a good reason. Big enough to get work done but small enough to carry."

10:48 AM PT : And it's time to talk about iPads. Phil Schiller on stage "Customers have really fallen in love with new iPad Pro," he says.

10:46 AM PT : There are updates for Apple Car Play, and many useful features will be up for grab for all Apple iPhone users tonight. You can download from your settings.

10:45 AM PT : Time to talk about iOS 9. "We introduce iOS 9 to 50M  active users."

10:40 AM PT : Here are the specs in the picture. Orders start from March 24, and Available to buy from March 31. It will reach 110 countries by end of May.

10:35 AM PT : It captures 4K videos. It has wireless capability with LTE speed 50% faster than iPhone 5S, and more LTE bands for global roaming.

10:34 AM PT : It will have same performance as iPhone 6S, same graphics as 6S, M9 motion coprocessor and more powerful than iPhone 5S. And delivers battery improvement across the board.

10:31 AM PT : Now, Time to talk about iPhones. In 2015, Apple sold 30 million 4-inch iPhones, says Greg Joswiak, who welcomed by Tim on stage to brief about iPhone.

10:30 AM PT : You can access entire iCloud photo library, including live photos on Apple TV.

10:29 AM PT : Now you can watch two programs at Apple TV. And, Siri searches for any apps you want, so that you don't have to search manually.

10:27 AM PT : And now it's time for Apple TV. We have 5,000 apps on the App store, we had largest sales ever for Apple TV, says Tim.

10:26 AM PT : Tim is explaining how their Apple Watch is doing, and he introduces a new Nylon band. "There's new sport and leather bands in all new colors. There's a stunning space black Milanese Loop." And price drop, it starts now at $299.

10: 25 AM PT : CareKit will be open source. And Tim Cook is back on stage.

10:22 AM PT : It's an app with a checklist of things for you to do each day. It consists of Symptom and measurement tracker. Then you can share the same information with your loved ones. You can share it with you doctor.

10:20 AM PT : The very first CareKit app is released today is for Parkinson's. "Surgery: One thing physicians  tell us is one of the most important things affecting outcome of surgery is what you do in recovery process." You get discharged with a single sheet of paper, he further adds.

10:18 AM PT : Back on stage, "When became clear to us later was the very same tools to advance medical research can also used by people to advance their care," says Jeff Williams.

10:16 AM PT : Parkinson was one of the first areas it talked about. There's an app to access if a patient has Parkinson's, listening to them talking, measuring their walking and looking for tremors when they touch the screen.

10:10 AM PT : A video is being played, which explains how their Robot Liam is helping Apple makes bigger strides in recycling and reuse. "There's no other machine in the world that does what Liam can do," claims Apple.

10:09 AM PT : 99% packaging comes from paper that is recycled from renewably sustained forests. They are focusing now on reuses and recycling.

10:02 AM PT : And as expected, Tim started the keynote with their recent tiff with FBI, and he reinsures the Apple commitment to privacy.
