After a rounds of speculations and rumors, it's final that WhatsApp Calling arrived and it's working perfectly. At the moment, the calling feature is available only for Android users, iOS users have to wait a bit more. But, to activate is not just updating the app but there are couple of steps involved. Here we will show few simple steps to activate.
1. Firstly, download the latest version 2.12.7 of Android from here. If you choose to download from Goog Play Store make sure your device firmware is 2.11.561 or newer than that. The older version doesn't support the calling feature.
2. After getting updated with whatsApp, get someone who already activated the calling feature to 'WhatsApp Call' to your number.
3. Make sure it's not a miss call, you should receive the call to get fully activated.
4. After that, your whatsApp interface will show three tabs. One for calls, one for chat and one for contacts.
